Verification is optional, verified members stand out

Verification is not mandatory on SlavicPartner: an unverified profile is still visible in discovery. But when a member chooses to verify, our team reviews the request by hand, with no automatic approval.

• Female members who want to verify upload an ID document (passport or ID card) and a clear selfie; for male members a gesture selfie taken on the spot is enough, and the ID document is optional.
• Our team compares the request with the profile photos and, where provided, the document details; you can see the result on the My Profile page.
• An approved member carries the Verified badge on their profile and appears higher in discovery; a member who also verifies their ID earns the ID Verified badge and ranks first.

How your documents are protected

• Only authorized administrators who perform verification can access your documents; no member can ever see them.
• Your documents are never shared with third parties, never sold and never shown on your profile; they are used solely for identity verification.
• Documents are stored securely for as long as your membership lasts; after you delete your account, they are kept in restricted storage for 12 more months solely for fraud complaints and lawful official requests, then permanently deleted.

Members found to be married are permanently banned

At sign-up every member declares their marital status, and this declaration is visible on the profile. Zero tolerance applies to anyone found to be married: the account is permanently banned, the email address is blacklisted as an irreversible hash and re-registration is impossible.

Suspicious about something? Use the report button available on every profile and in every chat; our safety team reviews every report and acts on the outcome.

Protection against harassment and fraud

• Messages are automatically scanned for known scam patterns: money requests, attempts to move you to external platforms and similar behavior are detected.
• Messages containing money requests are masked and flagged with a visible safety warning; suspicious conversations are reviewed by our safety team.
• The block button is in every chat: a blocked person can never write to you again, and the chat closes for both sides.
• If you experience harassment, insults or pressure, report it; reports are reviewed by our safety team, with sanctions up to and including account termination.

Meeting safety

• Trusted contact: save a person you trust in your settings; their contact details are stored only for emergency notifications.
• Meeting notification: before a first date you can email your trusted contact the date, the place and the name of the person you are meeting, in one click.
