Terms of Use

Last updated: 7 July 2026

These terms govern the use of the SlavicPartner platform (website; a mobile app is in preparation), which is operated by Global Ads OÜ, a company established in Estonia. By registering on the platform you are deemed to accept these terms.

1. Membership requirements

2. Paid services and refunds

3. Prohibited behaviour

The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:

4. The platform's rights

5. Limitation of liability

6. Termination

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia; the Estonian courts have jurisdiction over disputes. Your rights arising from the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you reside are reserved.

8. Geographic scope: residents of the United States

The service is not offered to persons residing in the United States of America. Users residing in the United States cannot become members of the platform and cannot use the service. Accounts found, at registration or afterwards, to be resident in the United States are closed. This restriction is applied so that the service remains outside the scope of United States legislation (including IMBRA).

9. Age limit: 18+ and zero tolerance

The platform is open only to persons who are at least 18 years old, and zero tolerance applies to the presence of minors on the platform. During verification, the date of birth on the document is checked and the declared age is confirmed. Accounts found to belong to someone under 18 are closed immediately and re-registration is blocked.

10. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under EU consumer legislation you have a 14 day right of withdrawal when purchasing paid digital services. However, when at the time of purchase you give explicit consent to the immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that performance has begun, your right of withdrawal is lost in respect of the part performed. Since membership plans and credits become available at the moment of purchase, the right of withdrawal ends with that consent. For withdrawal requests: destek@slavicpartner.com

11. Appealing moderation decisions

You have the right to appeal decisions to suspend or permanently ban your account. The decision is sent to you by email together with its reasons. You can submit your appeal on the page slavicpartner.com/itiraz; appeals are reviewed by our team and the outcome is communicated by email.

12. Contact and support

For frequently asked questions and support requests you can use the Help Centre. When we receive your request, we reply as soon as possible. Email: destek@slavicpartner.com
