Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time, no explanation needed. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Inside the app or the website
- Sign in and open the Settings page.
- In the Account section, press "Delete my account" and confirm with your password.
- Your profile, photos, test answers, likes and messages are deleted immediately and you are signed out.
If you cannot sign in
Write to our support address from the email registered on your account with the words "delete my account". We carry out the request within 7 days and let you know.
What remains after deletion
The ID document and selfie you uploaded for verification are kept for 12 more months against fraud suspicion and official requests, then permanently deleted. Payment records are kept for the statutory accounting period. Details are in the privacy policy.
